The General Assembly hereby resolves to:
1. approve the revised Membership Fee Structure and the corresponding amendments to Article 5(c) and Article 5(d) of the RSPO Statutes as per Appendix I to this resolution, to give effect to the revised Membership Fee Structure and applicable payment arrangements; and
2. authorise RSPO Secretariat to prepare and to submit all the necessary documents and statutory forms with the Commercial Register of canton Zurich and to do all such acts, deeds and things as may be necessary to give effect to the above resolution(s).
