Highlighted issues faced by Indonesian independent smallholders on:
Late submission of the ACOP by independent smallholders;
Late issuance of the LUCA report; Assessment of Land Use Change (LUCA)
Problems with the Palm Trace;
Caused by issues relating to communications, language barrier and absence of measurable and time-bound work plans.
Proposed that:
"The RSPO devolves all the authority relating to provision of services for independent smallholders (both current and future members) in Indonesia to RRO Indonesia as a form of manifestation of the values of inclusiveness enshrined in the Smallholders Strategy document"
