This Resolution proposes that the minimum notice period required for resignation of membership be reduced to one (1) month and an amendment be made to reflect the change in Article 8(a)(i) of the RSPO Statutes to be as follows:
8. Termination of Membership
(a) A membership shall be deemed to have ceased by virtue of the following:
(i) By issuing a resignation letter to the Secretary General with a minimum notice period of one (1) month;
